I’m not sure if I could ever actually submit to Britney. Part of me would be constantly reminded of her ex. I’d be thinking to myself “Wait a sec, didn’t you marry and fuck a guy with the I.Q. of a jello mold? Ok, an empty jello mold?”
Maybe we can give her the benefit of the doubt and she’s embracing her inner domme?

I can’t believe that I just watched a Britney Spears video and was seriously studying it for the femdom cause. I think that you just topped me from the bottom.
My answer is no. If the image were a true femdom, she’d be the business CEO, not the secretary, waitress, chauffeur, housewife who “turns the tables.” That switch role play is so prevelant in fantasy world, but in reality the ability to flip power in service roles is near impossible. My last point–if it were true femdom, the music would be better.
i’m totally with YIN on this. I cannot see the femdom reference or any implied Femme Domme. There is plenty of femminess, but no Domminess. Using your example, above she is more about being a feminist and just taking her life back. That does not imply, to me, any FD stuff.

I am convinced that if this exact same video had been done by a completely different singer, you’d have gotten different (positive) responses. Spears seems to leave a bad taste on the collective tongue.
I don’t see this video as particularly more or less femdomly than the other things you link to. Some of them (like the newest one) are just pretty girls who look fierce. What does that have to do with femdom? From my perspective, not much. From a male sub’s perspective, maybe more.
In the last minute of the film, the guy starts making pained faces and acting scared. I particularly enjoyed the scene in the car when he’s desperate not to crash. I found that very hot. Is it found femdom? I don’t see why not.
I think of found femdom stuff as the display of a power dynamic. Clearly Spears covers that dynamic in parts of this video. But because she’s dressed badly, or because her music isn’t good, or because she doesn’t “truly look the part,” it gets dismissed. Bullshit. Just come out and admit that ya’ll don’t like her.
